About the Role
We're looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to help our brands win at the point of purchase. Working closely with off-premise customers, banner groups, and our internal marketing and sales teams, you'll turn channel and shopper insights into activations and commercial plans that drive real rate-of-sale growth, keeping marketing and sales aligned every step of the way.
What you'll do
Develop and execute insight-driven shopper marketing plans and retail activations in line with our annual Playbook and NPD Calendar
Translate shopper, channel, and consumption insights into actionable category plans and quarterly sell stories for field and KAM teams
Develop and maintain POS, promotional collateral, and visibility tools — on-brand and ABAC-compliant
Drive communication and engagement with key trade customers to build stakeholder support and grow their business alongside ours
Lead internal communications including monthly sales and marketing activity updates and support coordination of cycle sales briefings
Lead flawless NPD commercialisation and category activation for new launches
Co-manage the shopper and sales support budget across your projects and channel
Skills And Experiences
What you bring
5+ years in shopper, trade, or customer marketing
Hospitality, on-premise, or sales rep experience is an advantage
Strong ability to turn data and insights into clear commercial recommendations
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Sharp project management and time management skills
Collaborative by nature, with the ability to work autonomously under pressure
