About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing partnerships, and expanding our footprint within the industrial and mining markets. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a regional environment and understands the unique dynamics of the Goldfields.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within mining, construction, and industrial sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Conduct site visits and present tailored product solutions
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
About You
Proven experience in business development or technical sales (industrial, mining, or related sectors preferred)
Strong network within the Kalgoorlie/Goldfields region (highly regarded)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
