The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse & Logistics Officer with a strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude to join our busy Rivervale warehouse team. Reporting to the Inventory & Logistics Manager and working closely with the Warehouse Logistics Lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and check deliveries against purchase orders
- Coordinate local pickups and deliveries across departments
- Load, dispatch, and track goods and equipment
- Maintain accurate stock movements using ERP systems
- Support forklift and vehicle maintenance (including pre-start checks)
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards
- Assist workshop staff and provide on-the-job support when needed
- Manage inbound and outbound parts for service and repair
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse or store experience
- Strong commitment to safety and HSE practices
- Experience in logistics and inventory control
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Pronto or similar)
- Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Desirable
- Experience with Pronto ERP
- Background in Quality Control or Quality Assurance
