As a Vehicle Health Check Sales Advisor, you will be joining a well-established and successful aftersales team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating the results of vehicle health checks to customers, identifying upsell opportunities for repair and maintenance work, and ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience, all whilst contributing towards making Stoneacre the Number One Motor Group.

Up to £36,000 a year OTE

An average day as a Vehicle Health Check Sales Advisor…

  • Call customers to advise and recommend required items for vehicle
  • Manage inbound enquires from customers and identify opportunities to cross-sell products
  • Confidently manage objections
  • Comply with GDPR
  • Learning how to maximise sales opportunities by recognising, processing and following up sales prospects with an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Learning how to contribute towards business sales objectives by achieving your individual sales expectations – The sky’s the limit!
  • Build and maintain unparalleled relationships with new and existing customers to maximise future sales opportunities.
  • Communicate with our customers with integrity and transparency, enhancing the customer experience – Professionalism is always your top priority.
