Location: Philadelphia, PA (8-hour radius, nationwide travel required)
Salary: $30 – $50 per hour (depending on experience, with potential for more based on expertise)

Mainline Commercial Pools is looking for an experienced Traveling Foreman to lead large-scale commercial pool projects. This role involves working on multimillion-dollar pool construction jobs, with heavy responsibilities in piping, concrete forming, and other heavy construction tasks.

Package:

Traveling Foreman/ Construction Foreman /Project Foreman  Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team on commercial pool construction, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Supervise and coordinate heavy construction work, including piping and concrete.
• Oversee and manage multiple subcontractors, ensuring they meet deadlines and safety standards.
• Travel across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions (up to 4 weeks at a time, with 1 week off).
• Ensure project compliance with safety regulations and Mainline Pools' quality standards.

Traveling Foreman/ Construction Foreman /Project Foreman  Requirements:

• Experience in commercial pool construction or related heavy construction industries (piping, concrete, and forming).
• Ability to manage a team and oversee job site operations.
• Willingness to travel and stay on-site for up to 4 weeks at a time.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Background check and safety certifications required for school projects.
