- You need of casserole.
- It's 1 medium of onion.
- It's 3 clove of garlic.
- It's 400 grams of chopped tomatoes.

- soak for 1hour beef in 1 cup of wine with oregano and thyme.
- preheat oil in a non sticky casserole, put onion and garlic. cook until golden and remove from casserole.
